What is by the way a poetry film. After the last 6-8-10 years poetry film has become a genre. Maybe you have never seen a poetry film but after this night you will know. Literaturwerkstatt in Berlin is running the greatest Poetry Film Festival: Zebra. Thomas Zandegiacomo Del Bel from Zebra will introduce a lovely row of poetry films from many countries around the world.
10 PM: Meine Heimat
Last year the Zebra Poetry Film Festival commissioned a poem by Ulrike Almut Sandig (whom you will know from Copenhagen 7th International Poetry Festival, 2012). Ulrike wrote the poem “Meine Heimat” that any poetry film maker in the world was allowed to transform into a poetry film and show at Zebra last October. You will this night see a selection of the best “Meine Heimat”-films introduced by Thomas Zandegiacomo Del Bel from Zebra
